I have lived at Quezon City all my life. This doesn’t mean that I am already tired of exploring my city hall and nearest park. The Rizal monument at the city hall still makes me giddy as I am a fan of our national hero. The Museo ni Manuel Quezon at Quezon Memorial Circle always feels solemn. And of course, brekkie at the park never fails to warm my heart and fill me up.
My city’s local historical attractions remind me to stay on track and keep going. If you have a local park and nearby historical spots, do pay a visit! It is definitely a satisfying break from work and social media.
