After joining the journaling workshop last Saturday, I am happy to share that I am still journaling! This is a big deal for me because I never remained consistent with a journaling habit for more than two days. I have since reflected in self-compassion, grief, and self-reliance during the past few days.
Everyday is an opportunity for me to explore my hopes, dreams, fears, worries, and feelings through this new journey. So far, I feel lighter after writing down my thoughts, and this has led me to better sleep and emotional support.
